Refund & Return Policy


1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new eBike purchases (excluding accessories, used/demo units, and final-sale items). If you’re not 100% satisfied, return your eBike in like-new, resalable condition for a full refund.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify:

  • Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date;
  • eBike must be unused (≤ 5 miles ridden), undamaged, with all original packaging, manuals, chargers, and accessories;
  • Proof of purchase (order #) required.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason;
  2. We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 2 business days;
  3. Pack securely (original box recommended) and ship via insured carrier (tracking required);
  4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless due to our error or defective item).

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds (minus original shipping) are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Restocking fee: 15% may apply if packaging is missing or bike shows signs of use/damage.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged, or modified eBikes;
  • Parts/accessories (e.g., batteries, displays, locks) unless defective;
  • Custom-built or personalized models;
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers.

6. Warranty Claims ≠ Returns

For defects or malfunctions within warranty period, please contact  us [email protected]     instead of initiating a return.

⚠️ Safety Note: Riding an eBike voids the return eligibility unless covered under warranty.
