Shipping Policy


1. Processing Time

  • In-stock eBikes: Ship within 2–5 business days after order confirmation;
  • Pre-orders/backorders: Estimated ship date provided at checkout;
  • Accessories: Usually ship within 1–3 business days.

Noting:Due to sea freight shipping (required for lithium-ion batteries under international safety regulations) and potential delays from weather, port congestion, or customs clearance, delivery times may be longer than standard shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not accept shipments to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or third-party freight forwarders without prior written authorization.

    Important Shipping Notice (Sea Freight):
    All eBikes contain lithium-ion batteries classified as UN 3480, Class 9 Dangerous Goods (or UN 3171 for battery-in-equipment, if packed together). Shipments by ocean freight strictly comply with the IMDG Code (International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code) and require:

    • Proper dangerous goods declaration (Shipper’s Declaration for Dangerous Goods);
    • Certified packaging tested to UN performance standards (e.g., PI 965–970, as applicable);
    • State-of-charge (SoC) ≤ 30% for batteries during transport (per IMO MSC.1/Circ.1591);
    • Clear Class 9 hazard labels and handling markings on all packages.

    Pre-shipment documentation (MSDS/SDS, test summary, packing certificate) must be submitted for carrier and port authority approval. Additional hazardous cargo handling fees may apply. Final routing and carrier acceptance are subject to review by our logistics partner.

4. Order Tracking

You’ll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking;
  • Delivery updates via SMS/email .

5. Damaged/Lost Shipments

  • Inspect upon delivery: Note damage on carrier’s POD and email [email protected] within 24 hours with photos.
  • We’ll file a claim and reship at no cost.
  • Lost packages: We investigate with carrier; replacement/resolution within 10 business days.

6. Import Duties & Taxes

  • USA/Canada: All taxes/duties included at checkout (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid).
